Hidden within are an abundance of board games suitable for the entire family, as well as some designed exclusively for adults. Card Against Humanity is one of our favorites!

The game room is also furnished with a 43" television, perfect for enjoying a movie on a rainy day or connecting your personal game console for entertainment.

For your comfort, the first-floor family room is equipped with its own AC and heating system, ensuring a pleasant environment throughout the year.

A 55" smart television is at your disposal in the room, catering to your entertainment desires. Simply log into your preferred streaming service, and it will automatically sign you out upon your departure.

Additionally, it serves as a wonderful spot for congregating with family and friends, all while the refreshing ocean mist provides a delightful cooling effect.

Our second-floor balcony offers breathtaking vistas of the beach, making it an excellent location for capturing stunning photographs. Bring one of our beach chairs onto the balcony, where you can peacefully nap and relish the serene surroundings and of course, feel the Ocean Mist!

Upon entering the house from the back driveway, you will be greeted by a beautifully updated kitchen adorned with brand new appliances, providing a modern and functional culinary space.

Our kitchen is abundantly equipped and stocked with all the essentials you need for a seamless cooking experience.

In addition to a spacious table and a small island, the kitchen features a wall-mounted TV for your entertainment.

Upon acquiring the Ocean Mist, our foremost goal was to optimize its energy efficiency. We achieved this by installing an on-demand water heater, utilizing a mini-split heating/AC system, and incorporating Energy Star-compliant appliances.

The first-floor ensuite bathroom has been recently updated, ensuring a modern and refreshed space for your convenience. 

The vanity has a quartz top and plenty of storage. Plus conveniently placed towel hooks and a large mirror.

As you enter the full bath on the second floor, we have carefully blended elements of the old and the new, preserving the historical character of the house while incorporating modern finishes for a harmonious blend of past and present.

The second-floor full bath proudly stands as the largest bathroom in the house, offering ample space and comfort for your convenience.

After a day at the beach, the first-floor full bath in the family room offers the perfect sanctuary for a refreshing shower, allowing you to wash away the sand and saltwater with ease.

Not only do we offer six adult beach badges, but we also provide six beach chairs, an umbrella, and a selection of toys for the young ones.
